This holiday season has been such a wonderful one. One tradition that our family does when we are all together, is Christmas caroling. But not just your typical caroling. We put on our "red and whites", Santa hats, and biggest smiles. Grandma even made us all practice our harmonies before heading into the neighborhood. Even if some of the neighbors were annoyed, we had the best time bringing some holiday cheer to everyone's sweet little faces. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! :)
You know you are at Grandma's house when you wake up to blue skies and sunshine, eggs & grits on the stove, & home-squeezed tangelo juice. I am not sure Palm Springs ever felt so good. This break will be such a wonderful vacation from the snow. This Christmas we will be spending our time at the happiest place on earth. DISNEYLAND. I can hardly contain my excitement. :)
I love the Christmas season, and all the festivities and traditions that go along with it. As the days creep closer to Christmas, I have been enjoying the holiday activities my family never seems to gets tired of. My family and some friends of mine got to take a stroll last night through the infamous Dovewood Court. If you happen to be in Sacramento around Christmas time you should take a second to go check out these lights. They are incredible.
The other week we decided to have a treat/games night at my house. Whenever the gang gets together you can always count on having a wonderful time. Everyone made yummy desserts and we gladly ate them right up. Our little house cat Samson even joined in on the fun.
